STEM-VCR is a consulting company incorporating over 35 years of operations in developing countries and emerging economies where over 150 projects have been implemented successfully.
In the last decade our company has acquired experience in supporting Non-State Actors' involvement in development policies as well as in governance. In this framework, civil society organizations (CSOs) and small and medium enterprises (SME) have represented the main areas of intervention.

Experience

Our firm faced the evolving challenges in the field of cooperation for sustainable development. Skills acquired over time make STEM-VCR able to anticipate future issues and innovative solutions.
The engagement of new emerging actors worldwide and locally in governance-related aspects represent an important focus for STEM-VCR. Fragile states, conflict and post-conflict contexts, democratization processes represented the most common field of intervention in respect of our expertise.
